Three things, in plain language: what we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

The part that matters most

We do not pass your details to anyone without asking you first, and we never use them commercially. Not sold, not traded, not used for marketing unrelated to your enquiry. If something genuinely requires sharing your information — submitting an application to a university on your behalf, for instance — we ask you before we do it, and it only happens if you agree.

1. What we collect

Only what you type into the form:

  • Your name, or what you would like to be called
  • A phone or WhatsApp number
  • A messaging handle, if you choose to give one
  • Your current qualification, the degree and subject you want, and when you plan to start
  • Anything else you tell us in the notes field

One technical detail is recorded automatically: which page you were on when you submitted the form. That is so we know what you were reading and can answer accordingly.

We do not collect passport numbers, national ID numbers or payment details. If a later stage of an application requires documents like those, we will explain why and ask you separately.

2. What we use it for

  • Getting back to you about your enquiry
  • Working out a realistic university shortlist and an itemised cost against your situation
  • Handling application steps, if and when you ask us to

That is the full list.

3. Where it is kept

On our own server. When you submit the form, the content is also pushed to the internal tool our advisers use, so that someone sees it and replies — only our advisers have access to that.

We are not going to claim “bank-grade encryption” or similar, because you have no way to verify it. The honest version: we apply standard server access controls and keep the number of people who can see your details to those who need to.

4. How long we keep it

Two years after your enquiry ends, then deleted. Applications run over long timescales and people often come back a year later to pick up where they left off — having your details still on file saves you explaining everything again.

You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point. See section 6.

5. Who else sees it

By default, nobody. We do not sell, trade or pass your details to third parties for marketing.

There is one exception. If you ask us to submit an application on your behalf, the relevant documents have to go to that university and to Malaysia’s student visa authority (EMGS). Before that happens we tell you who is receiving what, and it only proceeds if you agree.

Separately, if we are legally required to disclose information by a competent authority, we have to comply. That is true of any organisation; we mention it so it is not a surprise.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete everything we hold
  • Stop contacting you

Reach us on WhatsApp at +86 138 1835 5321 or by email at 945142922@qq.com. “Please delete my information” is enough — you do not have to give a reason, and it does not affect any advice you have already received.

7. Under 18s

If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before submitting your details. Studying abroad is a family decision in practice anyway — the point of this clause is simply that you should not be doing it behind their backs.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make a substantive change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Where a change widens how your information is used, we ask for your agreement again rather than assuming it.
